The CCIV is an institution of the Austrian social insurance system (BVAEB, ÖGK, SVS and the umbrella organisation ‘Dachverband der Sozialversicherungsträger’) and acts as a central point where expertise and experience in integrated care are built up.
communication matters has supported the umbrella association ‘Federation of Social Insurances’ in its information campaigns for the free health screening (‘Gesundheits-Check’) with accompanying communication measures for selected foreign-language target groups (ethno-marketing). The agency developed mailings and various print and online materials, took care of media collaborations and coordinated information events for various associations. In addition, a content concept was developed for the Health Check’s web and social media presence in 2023.
