Program for new educational facilities 2019 to 2034 (BIENE II)

According to forecasts, Vienna will continue to grow dynamically in the coming years. Therefore, the city is in need of additional educational infrastructure. In 2019, the second program for new educational facilities (BIENE II) was adopted. This includes nine additional educational campus locations in large urban development areas, a central building for vocational schools at Seestadt and a house for elementary education.
communication matters has been supporting the program for new educational facilities since February 2022 with strategic communication planning.
